Returns will be paid by the customer.
In order to proceed with a return please follow below steps:

1. Items to be returned must be unworn and in perfect conditions, with all labels on and original packaging.
2. Box must be well sealed and protected to avoid any damage during courier transport, we do not accept any responsibility for any damaged garment on a shipping not managed directly by THE NEW SOCIETY.
